What Is An Inner Circle?

What is an Inner Circle 2

Hear the teaching and see the presentation here: https://stme.in/KyEoGmrUS.

An inner circle is a group of very close friends that you look to for support. They come from all walks of life, and each has a specific skill set or set of talents that they bring to the table within your friendship. You, too, have this specific set of strengths that others admire. Within your inner circle of friends, you want to have a wide variety of personalities that will not accept mediocrity but will challenge you to be more than you are today. This is truly what an inner circle is all about.

You naturally gravitate towards those people you admire. It could be that someone has accomplished something you’d like to accomplish. Maybe you admire the level of success they’ve achieved within their personal, social, or business life. You may feel as if they are “higher up” than you, so you look up to them.

These are the people you want to make up your inner circle. Jim Rohn said, “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” So you want those five people (five being a somewhat arbitrary number) to be people who are in a position in life that you’d like to be in as well.

People who have achieved a measure of success in life have learned myriad lessons from their experiences along the way. They have earned wisdom through those experiences. These lessons and wisdom are passed on in inner circles to those who are up-and-coming and need the support, direction, and guidance of someone who has already traveled the road.

If personal growth, ministry or business success is something you desire, surround yourself with people in your inner circle who are emotionally and spiritually at a level that you’d like to achieve. This may mean learning new and different spiritual teachings, or finally dealing with emotional baggage that’s been holding you back. While uncomfortable to deal with, imagine life without that baggage!

If business growth is your goal, search out mentors in the business world who are enjoying a level of success that you think is impossible for you to find. Then let the lessons from these people stretch your limits and help you grow to achieve your own business success. Keep an open mind, and tell your ego to take a vacation while you’re working to learn new lessons and open your mind to new possibilities.

Need to squeeze more time out of each day? I’m going to get right to it…

If you’re like MOST people, you’re wasting the most precious and limited resource you have – your time. Every second the clock ticks away at another moment of your life, and that’s time that you will NEVER get back. You can’t save it, you can’t hoard it, you can’t stash it away to use another day. When it’s gone, it’s gone, and it’s the most valuable thing you’ve ever been given. Fortunately, with just a few simple techniques, you can mine more usable time from your existing supply, and I can show you how.

Watch the training video I did for the Royal Exchange Challenge Year-End 95 Days Challenge on “Making Every Moment in Life Count Time Management Challenge.” During this fun and interactive video training, you’ll learn… How to identify your high productivity and low-energy periods, and maximize both, Your Top 5 Major Time Wasters, and how to overcome them to get back on track, How to maximize your prime energy times to get the necessary things done and have time for the things you WANT to focus on, and The 3 key elements to effective time management.

5 Powerful Morning Habits to Help You Become More Successful

November 8, 2016 Leave a comment

Are you a morning person? Many people enjoy getting up at the sunrise and having a cup of coffee while they browse the web and others prefer to sleep in as long as possible but the most successful people in the world embrace the mornings and in fact there are certain habits that the successful people all seem to share. Here are five powerful habits that will help you become more successful.

1. Get up Early: have you heard the adage early to bed, early to rise? The rest of it is that it makes a man (or woman) healthy, wealthy and wise but in this case it really does make you more successful. If you read about the most successful entrepreneurs out there, you will notice that they get up very early and start their day – and they usually get quite a bit accomplished in the morning as well.
2. Start with Exercise: studies have shown that people who exercise in the morning are5-morning-habits much better equipped to handle the day. You’ll be able to use your brain better, you’ll have more energy and you will simply be better at all of the tasks that you attempt after a half hour or so of exercise. This doesn’t have to be extremely strenuous; it could just be a jog through the park or a bike ride. The important thing is that you exercise.
3. Eat a Good Breakfast: breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you probably know that because experts have been saying it for decades. If you aren’t a breakfast person, you’re not alone. There are lots of people out there who prefer not to eat breakfast and just wait until lunch rolls around. But eating breakfast could help you be more productive and if you try it once you might find that you really enjoy the results.
4. Do the Hardest Thing First: when you get started in the morning don’t go with the easy tasks first. Tackle the hardest project that you have; the one that you’re dreading above all of the others. Once you get that one out of the way, you’ll find that the other projects are easy to accomplish and your day will go much smoother.
5. Prepare the Previous Day: the night before, try to prepare as much as you can so that you’re ready to sit down and get to work as soon as morning comes.

Momentum and Your Mindset

Momentum and Your Mindset

It’s important to have a thinking big mindset if you’re working toward a goal in business or any area of your life. You have the ability to change your life and create the personal momentum needed for future success – by renewing your mindset and becoming an innovative thinker.

You can create momentum in your life by changing your mindset from thoughts such as, “I’ll do it next week – next month – at the beginning of the New Year.” Instead, make up your mind to accomplish something toward a goal, even if it’s a small step.

It’s so easy to get caught up in day-to-day chores and things that won’t get you any further in life, but you think need to be done. It’s frustrating to get to the end of a day or a week and realize that you haven’t done one thing that you planned toward your ultimate success.

Face it – there’s never going to be a good time to begin. No matter what the task, it looks monumental to you at the very beginning. But, when you bring momentum into your mindset, you’ll move forward with seemingly any effort.

Most of us find it easy to put off exercising or to skip it for any amount of reasons (sore muscles, too much to do, not enough time, etc.). But, when you just do it and begin to build up a routine that includes exercise, it becomes an automatic addition to your day. You’ll begin to miss it, just as you would miss lunch if you didn’t take time for it.

Procrastination, excuses and negative self-talk are all waiting to diminish the momentum you create and bring you down in mid-flight. Begin to change bad habits into good ones and surround yourself with positive people and positive motions to create the type of momentum you’re hoping for.

You’ll be amazed at how much momentum you gather when you begin to change your mindset and do away with all of the clutter keeping you down. It’s just as difficult for a jet plane to get off a runway littered with obstacles as it is for you to reach success in any area of your life with a negative mindset.

Thinking Big + Momentum = Big Results

ThinkingBig 7 Days Challenge Header

The Thinking Big 7 Days Challenge is designed to help you break the habit of thinking small and settling for less. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to ever settle for anything but what they desire the most. Join me July 6 – 12 for a powerful 7 days mind-set challenge to help you THINK BIG!

Thinking Big is about changing the way you think about life and your role in the world. It’s about rewiring some very basic behaviors in your brain, so that you begin to see what’s truly possible. It’s about taking positive forward steps, perhaps for the first time, towards a new attitude towards life and success. It’s about getting what you really want.

If you are reading this article, then you are interested in becoming someone who isn’t afraid to think BIG.

Congratulations on that!  Any major accomplishment in our society has been the result of someone willing to think and dream big.

During my time of study I ran across a poster quote that simply read:

“Don’t Let Small Minds Convince You The Your Dreams Are Too Big”

ThinkingBig Don't Let Small Minds_small

I think one of the biggest reason people don’t dream big is because the fear of what other people will think. We don’t want to be mocked or ridiculed for “daring” to have big goals.

If this sounds like you – take the poster’s advice. Don’t let people hold you back because of their own limited world view.  Dream big, and do it proudly. To help you start thinking big or to continue thinking big, you need to think positively.

I would like to invite you to join me for my Thinking Big 7 Days Challenge starting July 6 thru 12, 2016.

For one week there will be live radio shows, early morning motivational telecalls, evening coaching/ministry telecalls and webinars – all for  FREE. Sign up here http://www.gingerlondon.com/ThinkBigChallenge.html.

I can’t wait for you to join me July 6th to begin this 7 days journey on changing your mindset to think bigger than you can imagine.

Life Coaching Series – Types of Coaching Programs

When it comes to starting and running a coaching program you definitely have lots of choices and options. This includes the topic of the coaching program itself, and the way it is run or delivered.

One On One Coaching – Many coaches like to offer personalized one on one coaching programs. With this type of program you would cater your offer around the person’s needs and goals. Programs of this type are often more expensive than other coaching programs.

Group Coaching – as the name implies this is done in a group setting. Group coaching can be done using tools such as Skype, Google Hangouts, video conferencing, live streaming services or by using a webinar software. All lessons are typically delivered online and are recorded. This way if anyone misses a lesson they can listen to the recordings.

Next let’s take a look at the types of coaching that can be offered. You could practically offer a coaching program for almost anything these days. Some of the most popular programs are those for life coaches, business coaches, sports coaches, career coaches, performance coaches and team coaches.

These coaches would cover different fields and industries. Each coach would be specialized in this particular field. Another popular coaching area is that of the online marketing coach. Many people today want to learn how to make money online, and what better way to do this than by hiring a coach?

As you can see the possibilities for what type of coaching program you could offer is huge. Of course, you want to coach in an area that you feel you can demonstrate your expertise in.

Your first step in becoming a coach is to first learn what it entails to be a good coach. Then define an area that you want to specialize in. Once you have done that, then you want to outline a course or program for your coaching offer. Once this is in place you can start looking for your very first coaching clients.

Coaching can be an extremely rewarding experience. Always remember that the person taking your coaching is looking for guidance and a path to success. If you can deliver these things you can earn a good reputation as a coach in your field.
